Drinks Hamper’s Recipe for a Lemon Gin Fizz Cocktail:
30ml NOLET’S Silver
15ml Fresh lemon juice
7ml Simple syrup
15ml Pasteurized egg white
Splash of soda
Stir first four ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker. Pour into an ice-filled highball glass. Stir well. Top with soda water. Garnish with a wedge of lemon.
